We will be unveiling the Teal Camper at the Colorado RV, Sport, Boat and Travel Show to be held March 3-6, at the National Western Complex in Denver, Colorado. Stop by our booth and see two examples of Teal Campers, a 4'x8' format model, and a 5' x 10' format model.
The Denver show is only a week away. We are putting a lot of extra hours into getting two campers ready for their debut. It will be exciting to get people's first hand reaction to the real thing. It is one thing to see 3D drawings on the internet and another to sit inside a Teal Camper feel how structurally sound it is while being very light weight.
The Denver RV, Sport, Boat and Travel Show opens today at noon. Our booth is set up and we are excited to show it off. I have to admit, the Teal Camper is certainly unique sitting there surrounded by huge, shiny travel trailers and motor homes, all glistening white. It sort of reminds me of the small residential home that wouldn't sell out to the growing metropolis and is now surrounded by sky scrapers.
The Teal Camper is a different kind of camper. There is nothing even remotely similar in the show. Even the popup tent trailers are in a completely different category.
LD I enjoyed seeing the Teal Campers Friday at the Denver RV, Boat, Sport, and Travel Show. I am interested in the concept and I am trying to layout a small trailer and later use this camper on a flat bed truck base.
I posted some information on the RV.net forum. This is a very active RV forum with a lot of members.
I posted one reference in the Shows, Rally section of the forum. In the truck campers section of the forum I posted a longer write up. I hope this will help you generate more interest.
I will have some additional questions and will contact you after the show. One quick question is where did you get the small trailer you were using at the show?

We bought an inexpensive 4x8 fold-up trailer at Harbor Freight. It works just fine and can handle up to 1,100 lbs. That leaves plenty of room for camping supplies.
There are also dozens of utility trailer dealers around with welded trailers.
