Instead of the expense of shipping a large floor across the country, we will let you supply the floor for the Teal Camper. I used a 3/4" 4'x 8' sheet of OSB board from Home Depot for the prototype. The channels which hold the bottom of the side panels simply screw down to the board. I then put some indoor/outdoor carpet on the floor.

For insulation, I put down a 2" - 4'x 8' sheet of styrofoam board on the trailer bed under the floor.

Of course the channels could be screwed only to the side panels so that the floor ends up being whatever the Teal Camper is sitting on.

I think that is a good idea. It will be one less thing to ship. Since there are many Home Depot and other similar stores around, it will be easy to acquire.
