This boiler (with integral DHW tank) has never been installed or fired. It was used as a demo and has a few cosmetic issues like smudges and peeling stickers, but that’s it. It comes with all its original parts and installation, maintenance and service manual. It was manufactured in 2006 and will not have a warranty. We will take the best offer.
